Warrington Fitness Classes For Children

REDS Fitness (RESILIANCE, EDUCATION, DETERMINATION, SUCCESS) is a FREE fitness initiative based in Stockton Heath and aimed primarily at young people to help them understand all areas of fitness, nutrition and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

REDS Fitness provides free weekly fitness courses for young people which are based at Anytime Fitness, Stockton Heath.  The classes last for an hour between 10am and 11am every Saturday and run in six week blocks. This is a totally new concept as the courses are totally FREE and no gym membership is required

 The consensus of opinion amongst professionals including diabetes nurses and doctors  is that the benefits of giving young people more knowledge not only helps with physical fitness, mental health wellbeing and resilience it will also help combat the rise of illnesses arising from obesity such as type 2 diabetes.

As a community interest company REDS is entirely self funded and raises money by selling used furniture, electrical goods, toys, clothes etc donated by the local community and collected by Zebra Removals who are proud to offer this service to REDS free of charge. At Zebra Removals we have a huge amount of experience in this field and were very excited to be asked to be part of this fantastic new inititive. This is a free to the community service and we will collect free of charge any saleable items, all we ask is that the items must be in good condition.
