Chester House Clearance Case Study
Many of our clients have never dealt with having to clear a property or used a house clearance company before and we thought it would be helpful to outline some recent clearances carried out by Zebra Removals. Hopefully this will give our clients some understanding of what’s involved and what can be achieved in a relatively short period of time if you employ the right company.
Clearance Date – March 2019 Area – Warrington
Clearance Type – Full house clearance plus garage, outbuildings and garden clearance.
Clearance Requirements – Our client required the property to be completely cleared of all contents including emptying kitchen cupboards and built in cupboards. The carpets were to remain but some fitted wardrobes needed to be dismantled and removed.. Our clients needed the garage and numerous outbuildings clearing and large garden clearing of debris.
Clearance Overview – Day one was spent clearing the house and conservatory of all contents. All waste was transported from site using two Luton vans and disposed of at a trade recycling centre. The next morning was spent emptying the outbuildings of clutter that had built up over many years and also removing the piles of debris from the garden. Again this was all transported from site using two vans and taken to a recycling centre
Client comments – The client was delighted with the results and the transformation of the property and garden and is now going to re-decorate and put the property on the rental market.
