• We take instructions from relatives, estate agents, solicitors or banks. Very often we don’t meet the customer as they live a long way from the property. We have the facilities for this and work very closely with professional bodies having built up an outstanding reputation with them.
• We can retrieve items of value, paperwork, keys etc from a property and return them or destroy them if required.
• Not only can we clear the property, we can glear the garden, garage, loft, outbuilding and remove vehicles. If you need outbuildings removing entirely we can do that as well.
• We divert everything possible away from landfill by either donating items of value to local charities or by recycling.
• We can provide a national delivery service for items of furniture that our clients wish to retain.
