Warrington Flat Clearance – Case Study
Many of our clients have never dealt with having to clear a property or used a house clearance company before and we thought it would be helpful to outline some recent clearances carried out by Zebra Removals. Hopefully this will give our clients some understanding of what’s involved and what can be achieved in a relatively short period of time if you employ the right company.
Clearance Date – May 2020
Area – Warrington
Clearance Type – Flat clearance following the property being left in a poor state by the tenant
Clearance Requirements – Our client was left with a property in a poor state by a tenant who had left various items of broken furniture, general rubbish and debris. The purpose of the clearance was to get the property back to a point where building work such as fitting a new kitchen could be done.
Clearance Overview – All items of furniture were removed from this first floor flat and all rubbish bagged up and removed . Fitted cupboards were emptied and the outside area cleared. That left the carpet which was covered in debris such a s cigarette ends. This was swept and then vacuumed several times before being treated with a carpet freshener and vacuumed again. Unlike most clearance companies we don’t just remove items, we get the property back to the point were it can be re-let, sold or building work can be done.
Client comments – The client was delighted with the results and the transformation of the property and garden and is now going to re-decorate and put the property back on the rental market.
