Many of our clients have never dealt with having to clear a property or used a house clearance company before and we thought it would be helpful to outline some recent clearances carried out by Zebra Removals. Hopefully this will give our clients some understanding of what’s involved and what can be achieved in a relatively short period of time if you employ the right company.

Clearance Requirements – Following a bereavement some months earlier our client required a property to be cleared. The property had been broken into and ransacked.
Clearance Overview – The property was very cluttered and as it had been broken into a lot of the floor was covered with items pulled out of drawers and wardrobes. The loft also required clearing as did two outbuildings. Due to social distancing this clearance was carried out con tactlessly with the client staying in Yorkshire whilst we worked at the property. The property took a day and a half to clear with the last job being vacuuming the entire house.
Client comments – . On receiving photos of the completed property the client was delighted with the end result and the house is now due to be handed back to the local housing association.
